- Red Chile Cranberry Sauce
- 2 pkg cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 box water or wheat crackers
Mix cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Line a bowl with plastic wrap and put mixture into a bowl. Let chill for 1 hour. To serve, invert bowl onto plate and spread Red Chile Cranberry Sauce over the resulting dome.
