Chipotle Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Peel and cube six large potatoes. Boil until tender. Mash potatoes and add 1/2 cup Holy Chipotle!, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1 clove minced garlic. Add butter and salt to taste. Enjoy!
