- 1 cup whole milk
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup finely grated Parmesan (loosely packed)
- 4 Tbsp Holy Chipotle! Culinary Sauce
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of salt to taste
Simmer milk until steaming. Do not boil! Add cream cheese over low heat. Add remaining ingredients stirring until blended. Cover pot & simmer for 15-20 minutes on low & stir as necessary to prevent sticking or burning. Serve over any cooked pasta. Suggested uses: Top squash stuffed ravioli; make a primavera with cooked pasta topped with sautéed, steamed or grilled vegetables and pour sauce over top; Add grilled chicken or turkey; top with fresh or sun dried tomatoes.
