Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Taste New Mexico / Apple Canyon Gourmet, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Every order is packed with care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Because our items are food products, our policies are designed to protect product safety while maintaining fairness and customer satisfaction.

Returns

For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on any food items, whether opened or unopened.

This includes:

  • All food and consumable products

  • Perishable goods

  • Items affected by shipping conditions such as heat, cold, or transit delays

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition. You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived incomplete

To request assistance:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide photos of the product(s) and packaging

After reviewing your request, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Food and consumable products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or promotional items

Refunds

If your request is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Order Issues & Timing

All order-related concerns must be reported within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve them promptly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non‑refundable, except in cases where the issue was the result of our error.

Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly, so cancellations are not always possible. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist.

Food & Temperature Disclaimer

Our products may be affected by natural temperature variations during transit. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of heat, cold, or transit‑related impacts.
