- 3 9″ prepared pie shells, unbaked
- 3 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 T flour
- 1 12oz can evaporated milk with enough water added to make 4 1/2 cups
- 2 t Santa Fe Seasons Sweet Spices
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup pine nuts
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together all ingriendents except eggs and pine nuts. Beat eggs in a bowl then fold into pumpkin mixture. Pour into pastry shells and sprinkle with pine nuts. Bake 45 to 60 minutes until crusts are browned and knife inserted into center comes out clean.
