Spicy Southwest Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
2 TBS Santa Fe Seasons Chef’s Especial Seasoning & BBQ Rub12 ounces cream cheese, softened1/2 cup chopped New Mexico Pecans
Directions:
Add 2 TBS Chef’s Especial Seasoning to cream cheese and mix well. Roll into a ball and refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove from fridge and roll in chopped pecans until fully coated. Cover with wax paper and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with vegetable platter, crackers or toasted baguette.
