In skillet heat over medium heat: 1 ½ Tbsp oil and 1 ½ Tbsp butter. Sauté chicken breast for at least 5-6 minutes per side. When you turn them over, top each side with 1/8 cup Holy Chipotle! Culinary Sauce and 1 Tbsp sour cream. Cook until done. Top with cilantro and a few pinion nuts or Brazil nuts.
